State of Vermont Regional Center

The Vermont Regional Center

Vermont is one of the longest running Designated Regional Centers receiving the Regional Center status in 1997.

The Vermont State Agency of Commerce and Community Development (VACCD) operates the Vermont Regional Center. This means that any approved EB-5 project located in Vermont benefits from official oversight, providing added confidence.

The EB-5 Visa projects in Vermont represented on this website have all entered into a 'Memorandum of Understanding' with the State of Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Developement.  This is beneficial to EB-5 investors as it provides State Oversight with a designated VACCD official to oversee and monitor the projects activities, assure project's compliance with U.S. Immigration Law and written reports are required every 90 days.

Please take the time to view the files below that show letters of support from significant people within the State and also the Regional Center Designation.
